All returns must be postmarked within ten (10) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Please refer to our Size Guide below. Make sure to measure your pet before making your purchase. How to measure: With a soft measuring tape, measure their upper neck at the widest point, make sure to leave space for two fingers to fit between the collar and the neck. If your dog is between sizes, go up a size.

This is a really nice vegan leather dog collar, meaning that the leather is fake. I'm fine with a fake leather collar. I needed something that would work well for my dog since he is rough on collars, and this one looks like it will fit the ticket. It seems to be sized correctly and arrives in fancy cardboard cylinder packaging. I'm not sure how well this will hold up, but it certainly looks expensive. It is a bit pricey for fake leather since I think you're also paying for the upgraded packaging.

Really impressive quality and well priced. This is definitely the best the quality dog collar I've come across. It comes beautifully packaged, just like your jewelry would, in a circular box.
